Laosonsasian Induction Motors are used for various industrial applications such as machine tools, textiles, air conditioning, dairy equipment, crane & hoist, pollution control, aquaculture & agriculture, fertilizers, mines and chemical industries.

The range of products includes standard motors, energy efficient motors, dual speed motors, cooling tower motors and other special motors designed as per customer specifications. The motors are manufactured under the supervision of a highly qualified, experienced and dedicated technical team.

Features

➤ All motor shafts are of 40 C8 / EN-8 material. Motor shafts of AISI 304, 316, 431, 410 and other materials can be supplied on request. Shafts have threaded centre holes for locking of pulley/gear from the driving end and are supplied with fitted keys.

➤ Rotors are squirrel cage aluminium die cast type and dynamically balanced with half key to maintain low vibration levels. Core material is low loss high grade silicon steel.

➤ All motors can withstand momentary overload of 1.6 times the rated torque for 15 seconds without stalling.

➤ All standard motors are equipped with deep groove radial ball bearings (single row) capable of taking axial loads in both directions along with radial loads at high speed.

➤ Oil seals are provided to ensure IP-55 protection. The rubbing action on sealing surface prevents penetration of solid contaminants and moisture into the motor, while maintaining minimum temperature rise.
