Laosonsasian centrifugal monoblock pumps are available in 0.5 HP, 1.0 HP, 1.5 HP, 2.0 HP and 3.0 HP with 3000 RPM. These pumps are manufactured as per IS 9079 (Electric Monoset Pumps) having motors as per IS:14582 and are used for clear water applications.

Applications include residential bungalows, small farms, car washing, construction sites, lawns & gardens, hotels and hospitals.

Pump casings, motor bodies and end covers are made of close-grained cast iron. The motor is totally enclosed fan cooled (TEFC) type as per grade FG 200 of IS:210 with class 'B' insulation.

Motor windings are vacuum impregnated with synthetic varnish for better moisture resistance. High tensile brass forged impeller provides trouble-free service. Superior mechanical shaft seal ensures longer life and prevents water leakage.

Grease lubricated anti-friction double sealed ball bearings withstand radial and axial loads. Thermal overload protector (T.O.P.) protects the motor. Spring loaded non-return valve ensures leak-proof sealing and prevents water return in the suction line.

Motors are capacitor start & run (CSR) type for high starting torque with single phase 220V (50Hz) AC supply and designed to withstand voltage fluctuations from 160V – 240V.
